Vitamins + Supplements

Updated: Aug 29

This can be the start of a long, deep rabbithole.

Let's keep this simple. The 101 version.

And then we'll build layers... together!

Multivitamin: there are options, and everyone will have an opinion on what contents are best. You know what's best? The one you take every day! I'll offer options, you make decisions.

  1. Elyxar Superfoods: yep, I'm going to plug this one often and often. Drink your multivitamin, superfoods and spirulina every day. Autoship for best value! https://www.apothekasuperfoods.com/products/elyxar-daily-superfood-complex

  2. Foundational Four: https://www.optiyourx.com/shop

  3. Thorne: Multivitamin

  4. Kirkland: because it's just one tab.

Probiotics

  1. Foundational Four: https://www.optiyourx.com/shop

  2. Trader Joes

Digestive Enzymes

Magnesium Complex

Fatty15

This absolutely deserves another post, but I've been taking this supplement for almost two years. I've increased from one tab to two. In not enough words, it acts as an anti-inflammatory, improves cellular fragility and ferroptosis and inflammaging. If you want to save 10%, use this link:

Polyphenols--

BioRewind:

This new supplement by SkinBetter is based on rosemarinic acid. The data is there to show improvements in other systems as well. Its available in clinic or online (delivered straight to you!): https://skinbetter.pro/sh/a3495c23

Resveratrol:

Creatine:

Studies continue to support 5g a day, to optimize lean muscle and to enhance cognitive performance. Creatine monohydrate has the most amount of studies to support, but there are other versions if water retention becomes an issue.

Other things I take currently:

  • GLP Advantage: Codeage has a couple of formulas, so make sure you're taking the right one! This one has Akkermansia, berberine, and green tea.
