This absolutely deserves another post, but I've been taking this one for a year. I've increased from one tab to two. In not enough words it acts as an anti-inflammatory, improves cellular fragility and ferroptosis and inflammaging.


BioRewind:

Creatine:

Studies continue to support 5g a day, to optimize lean muscle and to enhance cognitive performance. Creatine monohydrate has the most amount of studies to support, but there are other versions if water retention becomes an issue.


Other things I take currently:

  • GLP Advantage: Codeage has a couple of formulas, so make sure you're taking the right one! This one has Akkermansia, berberine, and green tea.
