CANDICE FORTUNATO, M.D.
Dr. Candice Fortunato was born + raised in Las Vegas, NV, graduating from UNLV and University of Nevada School of Medicine. She moved to Penn State Hershey to complete a dual residency in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics, and remains board certified in both fields. She returned to the Las Vegas + Henderson area and has been an inpatient hospitalist serving adults + children for over 10 years. She has been the vice chair for the department of Pediatrics and continues to educate medical students.
Her journey though adult acne at various ages and stages through life sparked her interest in skincare. Her mother's passing in 2021 served as a painful reminder that time is promised to no one, and Dr. Fortunato dropped the fear of being judged and entered medical aesthetics. She thrives on delivering skin care and soul care, and firmly believes that the Glow Up is more than just skin deep. She has poured her efforts into her flagship solo clinic, affectionately named [ Skin + Tonic ].
At the moment, she refuses to be categorized into one singular entity and loves to proclaim she "lives a life of and"— mother and physician, injector and hospitalist, entrepreneur and educator, mentor and pupil, speaker and listener.
When not in clinic or the hospital, she is a bus driver to her two kids and her Corgi, spending quality time with her husband of 15 years, prioritizing physical health with their coach, or enjoying life’s yummiest dishes.

Giana Vento-Mabeus
Advanced Aesthetician
Giana is Henderson born and raised, and she has been practicing aesthetics since 2020 -- which means she has been perfecting her craft right here in the same community she grew up in. She approaches every face as its own story: unique skin type, unique goals, unique features worth enhancing. Her clients leave not just looking stunning, but feeling like themselves -- only more confident.
Giana's growth has been intentional -- and invested in. She's been part of the professional demo team at IECSC 2024, one of the largest esthetic trade shows in the country, completed advanced Aerolase laser training, and attended the Vegas Cosmetic Surgery symposium. When she recommends a treatment, it comes from real clinical education backed by hands-on experience.
She has a particular love for Hydrafacial, and it shows in every glow she delivers.
Nurse Colleen Tranquilli
Nurse Injector
Some people you just click with -- and for Dr. Candice, that person has been Colleen since 2013.
They found each other at St. Rose Siena, and when the time came to build [ Skin + Tonic ]'s injecting team, there was only one call to make.
Colleen brings over a decade of nursing experience and a refined, physician-aligned aesthetic to every treatment. As a Registered Nurse injector under Dr. Fortunato's supervision, she shares the same philosophy: results that are natural, balanced, and built around you -- never a cookie-cutter approach.
Outside the clinic she's a proud mom to Sydney and Jake -- and Sydney is following in her footsteps into nursing, which tells you everything you need to know about the kind of woman Colleen is.
She also recently welcomed a new puppy to the family, so if you catch her glowing a little extra, that's probably why.
Rebecca Huff
Advanced Aesthetician
Originally from the Rockies, Rebecca was introduced to skincare by her mother. After four years of hands-on experience in Colorado specializing in facials and waxing, she took her expertise to the next level by graduating from NIMA Institute in 2025.
While refining her clinical skills, Rebecca also discovered a love for spray tanning, drawn to the instant glow and confidence it brings her clients. Whether she’s performing advanced treatments or perfecting a custom tan, her goal is always the same: to enhance natural beauty and create a space where clients feel truly seen and supported.
Rebecca believes life is about balance between movement and stillness, laughter and connection. She finds joy in outdoor adventures like hiking and skiing, andloves discovering new stand-up comedians.
Diana Barraza
Advanced Aesthetician
Chicago-born and Las Vegas-seasoned, Diana brings Midwest warmth and over 15 years of esthetics experience to every treatment. Her journey started at the Spa at Southern Highlands, led her to the Encore Spa at Wynn Resort, and brought her here -- where she does her best work yet.
Licensed since 2010 and Advanced Esthetician certified since 2022, Diana's approach is simple: educate, customize, and make every client feel genuinely cared for. She's currently working toward her nursing degree to advance as a medical aesthetician -- because her motto says it all: "Never too late to learn, grow, and reinvent yourself."
Outside the clinic she teaches Pilates and Salsarobics at Silverado Ranch Community Center, and goes home to the loves of her life -- Sampson and Dalilah. 🐾
